Mi Jong Lee designs one of a kind prints seasonally, which I was lucky enough to develop as her design assistant. “Desert Dreams” was inspired by painting “The Sleeping Gypsy” by Henri Rousseau. Lee and I worked directly together from sketch to finish, assessing how print engages with form.
